French Quinoa Bowl Chopped Meal Kit:

This is French Quinoa Bowl chopped Mealkit. This kit includes prepared ingredients that are already prepared for your convenience. All the ingredients needs is your bowl assembly. There is a Minimum of six servings per order.


Ingredients for One Serving:

1 asparagus, green purple green sliced
1/4 garlic clove, finely minced
1/4 tablespoon lemon juice, (from 1/2 lemon)
1/4 teaspoon tahini
1/4 teaspoon chopped chive
1/4 teaspoon chopped parsley
1/4 cup cooked quinoa
2 ½ cups chicken stock, no sodium [optional]
2 ½ cups water [Vegan or Vegetarian]
1/4 cup edamame
1/4 bunch red grapes, halved
1/4 orange
1/2 watermelon radish
1/4 ounce soft goat cheese, crumbled fresh
1/8 cup micro green
3/4 potatoes, small boiled & cooled

Cooking Instructions:
 
Cook the Quinoa:
Get a saucepan on a stove
Pour the desired stock or water
Combine the Quinoa to the saucepan
Turn the Heat to High. 
Lookout for water boiling with dancing Quinoa.
Once boiling, reduce the heat to low
Cover and Cook without Stirring
12 to 15 minutes or until the water has been absorbed and the quinoa is tender. 
Turn off the heat
Fluff the quinoa with spoon
Add salt if desired 

Cook the Potatoes:
Get a saucepan on a stove
Pour the desired stock or water
Combine the potatoes to the saucepan
Turn the Heat to High. 
Lookout for water boiling with dancing Potatoes.
Once boiling, reduce the heat to low
Turn off the heat
Cool it

Prepare the Ingredients:

Asparagus
Wash and dry the Asparagus
Slice the Asparagus
Set aside

Edamame
Wash and dry the Edmame
Remove the Shell, blanch, and peel edamame
Set aside

Red Grapes
Wash and the Red Grapes
Cut and chop the Red Grapes into halves
Set aside

Watermelon Radish

Wash and dry the Watermelon Radish
Cut and chop the Watermelon Radish
Set aside

Oranges

Remove the shell, Blanch oranges 
 
Assemble the Ingredients:
 
Organic Cooked Quinoa tossed with Sautéed Asparagus with Garlic clove, Edamame, Red Grapes, Orange, Watermelon Radish, Soft goat cheese, Micro green, Potatoes with chopped chive, parsley and house made Tahini sauce with Lemon juice, Tahini. This dish is made with non gmo fresh ingredients that are Gluten Free and Vegan. Side of Meat available.
