Hungarian Cabbage Roll Bake

Ingredients:
• Cabbage & Sauerkraut
• Carrots
• Onion
• Bel peppers
• Tomato & Tomato Sauce
• Quinoa
Oil, Seasonings & more:
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Soy sauce
• Garlic
• Sesame seeds


Instructions:
1. This dish goes with three simple steps of MIX – BAKE  - SERVE
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a large 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
3. Place shredded cabbage in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
4. Add Carrots, Bell Peppers, Onion and with finely chopped Tomatoes
5. Layer a Sauerkraut on top. 
6. Pour tomato sauce over top.
7. Add Olive Oil, Gluten Free Soy sauce[for gluten free version], Grated garlic and  mix all together.
8. Cover and bake 45 minutes. Dress up with some tomatoes on top of it. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds and coarsely ground pepper is optional.
