Asian Buckwheat Bowl Chopped Meal Kit:
 
This is Asian Buckwheat Bowl chopped Mealkit. This kit includes prepared ingredients that are already prepared for your convenience. All the ingredients needs is your bowl assembly. There is a Minimum of six servings per order.

Ingredients for Six Servings:

2 cup Buckwheat
2 ½ cups chicken stock, no sodium [optional]
2 ½ cups water [Vegan or Vegetarian]
1 cup cabbage, chopped
1/2 cup carrot, grated
4 oz cucumber, peeled, chopped
1 cup edamame
1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
3 medium scallions, chopped
1/4 cup fresh coriander
1 tbsp sesame seed, toasted, no added salt
1/2 cup snow pea
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
1 tsp brown sugar
1 pinch red pepper flakes
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp ginger root
1 whole orange


Instructions:

Cook the Buckwheat:
Get a saucepan on a stove
Pour the desired stock or water [vegan or vegetarian]
Combine the Buckwheat to the saucepan 
12 to 15 minutes or until the water has been absorbed 
Turn off the heat
Fluff the Buckwheat with fork
Cover and let stand for 10 to 20 minutes 

Prepare the Ingredients:

Cabbage
Wash and dry the Cabbage
Cut and chop the Cabbage
Set aside

Carrot
Wash and dry the Carrot
Cut and grated the Carrots
Set aside

Cucumber

Peel the Cucumber if necessary
Cut and Chop the Cucumber to chunks
Set aside.

Edamame
Wash and dry the Edamame
Remove the Shell, blanch, and peel edamame
Set aside

Bell Peppers
Wash and dry the Bell Peppers
Cut and chop the Bell Peppers
Set aside

Snow Peas
Wash and dry the Snow Peas
Remove the Shell, blanch snow peas
Set aside

Scallions
Wash and dry the Scallions
Cut and chop the Scallions
Set aside

Oranges

Remove the shell, Blanch oranges

Assemble the Ingredients:

In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients for vinaigrette. Mix Vegetables and Millet in a large bowl, Pour vinaigrette over salad and mix well.
